Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to Towers View in Kennington, Ashford, to a large shed and fencing alight, with flames spreading to the front of a house.
Two fire engines attended and crews used hose reel jets, main jets, and water from a hydrant to put the fire out.
There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
