Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of vehicle alight near the Lord Lees Roundabout, off the A229 Blue Bell Hill, Chatham. Two fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames. No casualties were reported. It’s believed the fire started accidentally.
