20:00 LATEST: The fire is now out.19:00 Update: Fire is now under control and incident is now being scaled back to four fire engines. 18:00 Update: Crews are still tackling a large fire at a domestic property. The single storey building measuring 25m x 10m has suffered extensive damage its roof has been completely destroyed. Crews used compressed air foam system to protect other buildings and vehicles, this was to reduce the fire spreading. All animals were safely moved away. 17:30 Update: Crews remain at the scene of a fire involving a domestic property on a farm near Birchington. There are no reported injuries. Six fire engines were sent to the scene and crews are working hard to contain the blaze. 16:30 Update: Kent Fire and Rescue Service is at the scene of a roof fire of a domestic property on a farm in Woodchurch Road, Birchington. Three fire engines have been sent to the scene. First fire crews on the scene were faced with a roof well alight.
