Two people are being checked over as a precaution by SECAmb paramedics, after suffering the effects of smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is being investigated...............................Kent Fire and Rescue Service is responding to a fire in a block of flats in Millmead Road, Margate, and six fire engines are on the scene. The fire is in a section of the building’s bin chute and all residents have been evacuated. More to come.
