Kent Fire and Rescue Service has been called to reports of a road traffic collision involving three vehicles on the A249 Northbound, near the M20 Detling roundabout, in Maidstone.

Two fire engines are currently in attendance, crews are using hydraulic equipment to gain access to one of the vehicles. Police and SEACamb paramedics are also in attendance.

Crews are advising people to avoid using the A249 Northbound and Southbound. Both roads are closed, and there is heavy traffic.
