Update at 17:45The advice issued to residents living near to Bell Farm Lane in Minster on Sea to close windows and doors has now been lifted. Firefighters used two main jets, two hose reel jets and water from a hydrant to put the fire out. The female occupant was taken to hospital suffering the effects of smoke inhalation and burns to one of her hands. The cause of the fire is not known but is believed to be accidental. .....................................People living near Bell Farm Lane in Minster on Sea, Sheerness, are advised to close windows and doors due to a smoke coming from a bungalow fire. Four fire engines at in attendance and crews wearing breathing apparatus are tackling the blaze. Crews have rescued a small dog and used an animal mask to give it oxygen. The occupant was outside on arrival suffering with smoke inhalation and burns to one of her hands. More to come.
