Man cut free from car crash on M20 before Cheriton exit

Folkestone and Hythe

Kent Fire and Rescue Service and emergency service partners were called to a single car crash on the M20 between junctions 11a (Eurotunnel) and 12 (Cheriton). Firefighters worked with paramedics to assess the driver before using rescue cutting gear to gain access to him before transferring him from his vehicle into the care of SECAmb. Highways England officers assisted Kent Police in managing traffic around the incident. Please check Highways England for closures. Crews made the scene safe.
