Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of wooden pallets alight at an industrial premises in Albion Parade, Gravesend. 

Four fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using hose reel jets. 

No injuries were reported. 

It’s believed the fire started accidentally after an out of control bonfire spread to a stack of wooden pallets. 

If you’re planning on having a bonfire, make sure it’s a manageable size and positioned well away from any property, greenery or anything that could catch alight. Also, remember never to leave it unattended.
