Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of caravan fire on Detling Hill in Maidstone. Two fire engines were sent to the incident, and the caravan was fully alight on arrival. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze. No casualties were reported, and the fire is believed to have started accidentally.
