Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a bungalow fire in Mordaunt Avenue in Westgate on Sea near Margate. Two fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire in the loft. There were no reported casualties and the cause isn’t known.
