Ann Millington

Ann is the chief executive of Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS). She leads the service and has overall responsibility for our performance, strategy and communications. As an innovative and forward-looking organisation, Ann oversees KFRS development and reform, manages our corporate management board, and works closely with and reports to Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority (KMFRA).

Ann champions equality, diversity and inclusion in relation to both our customers and each other, and is dedicated to providing the best customer service for the people of Kent and Medway. Under her leadership along with a great team KFRS has won numerous awards and emerged as one of the top performing services in the country in the first HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Service's inspection.
