Lyndsey leads Kent Fire and Rescue Service’s Human Resources team, providing the delivery and support for HR, including learning and development.
She is responsible for updating policies, practices and solutions that uphold the values of Kent Fire and Rescue Service, at the same time as ensuring a positive work culture for all colleagues.
Lyndsey’s other responsibilities include focusing on the wellbeing of all employees, all whilst demonstrating fairness and transparency.
